Job Description
You will be responsible for analyzing operational data to generate insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will create dashboards, reports, and predictive models that optimize our BPO operations.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel
- Knowledge of Python or R (preferred)
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Intermediate English for presentations and reports
