Our Story

KODA BPO was born from a bold vision: to prove that world-class outsourcing doesn't require crossing oceans. Founded in Guatemala City in 2018, our company emerged from the shared belief of a group of seasoned BPO professionals who saw the untapped potential of Central American talent. They envisioned a company that would combine the cost advantages of nearshore operations with the quality and cultural alignment that North American businesses demand.

From a modest office with 25 agents, KODA BPO quickly grew by earning the trust of clients who experienced firsthand the difference that engaged, bilingual talent can make. Our founders invested heavily in training programs, technology infrastructure, and a workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent. The name "KODA" reflects our core philosophy — it stands for Knowledge, Operations, Delivery, and Accountability — the four pillars that guide every decision we make.
